Ordering and support
Orders and production
Transitway products are made to order. An order is confirmed after successful payment and fulfillment acceptance. Product availability, retail prices, shipping methods, tax, and totals are confirmed during checkout.
Shipping and estimates
Shipping rates and available delivery estimates are provided at checkout for eligible United States and Canadian addresses. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Duties or import fees may apply where not included in the selected shipping method.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
To request a cancellation, email orders@transitway.co as soon as possible. A cancellation may be possible only before production starts; once production begins, it is not guaranteed. Refunds are considered only after a cancellation or other qualifying issue is completed.
Sizing and buyer selections
Please review available size and color options before placing an order. Buyer’s remorse, preference changes, and an incorrectly selected size or color do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Transitway will review reports of damaged, defective, misprinted, wrong, or missing items. Contact Transitway, not the fulfillment provider, at orders@transitway.co with your order details.
Promotion codes
Where offered, promotion codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration, redemption limits, and other terms. Transitway may change or end a promotion when permitted by law.
